Here is the 2010 Summerfield, NC Home Market Report.   Summerfield is a wonderful community with rural areas and planned communities just north of Greensboro on 220 North (also known as Battleground Avenue, within Greensboro city limits) or Lake Brandt Road.   Summerfield is home to three of the newest, state-of-the-art schools in the Guilford County School System:  Northern Elementary, Northern Middle and Northern High.
